I got a new lens today. I am still learning how to use it well, but I'm sure excited!

Can you tell that my dog loves to chew on and demolish her toys more than almost any other passtime? I love that I was able to catch her face like this.

I love this photo of my friend, so happy to have a sunny day after a long cold winter.

Fix-It Friday 6

I used Elements to increase saturation a little, sharpen and dodge eyes, erase the hair that went through her eye, and equalize to brighten. Then I used Picasa to add some fill light, add a little glow, and increase the highlights. I think it gave it kind of an ethereal look.
